Carolyn has been a professional mediator for more than 20 years. She has taken her knowledge from her career along with being a life-long horsewoman to establish The Horse Connection, LLC and to create Equine Trust-Based Partnership Methodologies. Carolyn obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology, her Master’s degree in Conflict Transformation and is Certified in Equine Gestalt Coaching. Our horses are the heart of our program. We primarily have Rocky Mountain Horses, Spotted Saddle horses and Tennessee Walking horses as our coaching partners. Rocky Mountain horses are known for their gentleness, honestly and kindness. Tennessee Walking and Spotted Saddle Horses are known for their athletic ability, sensitivity and intelligence.
